Backup exec 22 - duplicate backup sets

Backup exec 22 - duplicate backup sets. We have installed 2 Backup exec's in DC1 n DC2. We have 70 TB disk pool each (deduplication enabled) on both BE servers. We do not have CAS license (is it included by default ?) . All backup sets (vm & agent based) should be replicated to different DC2. How to configure this ?  

I found this :- (share button not there on disk pool)

To share a storage device

1. On the Storage tab, right-click the storage device that you want to share.
2. Click Share.
3. To share a disk storage device or a virtual disk, enter a UNC path by which the servers can access the storage device that you want to share.
4. Check the Backup Exec servers or managed Backup Exec servers that you want to share this storage device.
5. Click OK.

Central Admin Server(CAS) is used to manage multiple BE Media Servers. It is not available by default.

workaround only ~~~~~not production.

1)
DC2 , share CIFS , ex: E:\cifs_share .

2)
DC1 with BE22.2 .
DC1 with local disk , ex: E:\cifs_share .
DC1 with Disk storage from DC1 CIFS.

3)
DC1 , backup from client to "local disk" . and duplicate to "Disk storage from DC1 CIFS".

4)
DC2 , install BE
Click the Backup Exec button, select Configuration and Settings, and then click Backup Exec Settings.
In the left pane, select Network and Security > Disk storage lockdown settings > Disable.
Import from E:\cifs_share , import existing backup images
