Unable to start cluster and import dg on any of the cluster nodes

Here is what you can do to troubleshoot the issue:

1. check VCS engine_A.log for any ERROR related to node join issue and resolve any network/storage issue found

2. run gabconfig -a to find out if VCM ports v, w) are open on both nodes

3. run vxdisk -o alldgs list command on all nodes to see if the shared dgs/luns are visible on all the nodes

4. if possible, gracefully shut down all the nodes and restart
