In solaris exists interface bge0.I like to create logical interface bge0:1 bge0:2 with main.cf.Is this possible?
Yes, this is possible and very easy to do. Just follow examples in the VCS admin and agent guides.

From that link -Each aggregated interface will need to be configured at the Operating System level.
The question is if I have bge0 and bge1 then VCS will know to create aggregation?
