EV error ID 5224

Has anyone seen this error in the EV event logs before? The link in the event log doesn't point to anything and users get an error saying 'restoration of the basket by the shopping service failed'. I've attached a couple of screenshots.

Can anyone advise?

since its saying IBasket, sounds like you may just need to re-register some files.
What i would suggest is opening a command prompt, CD to '\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault' and type 'FileReRegister.bat' and press Enter

After that, restart the Enterprise Vault Admin Service and try again

if it doesnt help, you'll need to run a dtrace to see exactly what's going on

List of DTrace processes and descriptions of each process responsibility.

Thanks mate, that seems to have done the trick and restores are now back to normal.
