Hi,
When I try to set the config path to a client from the Master/media server, the server got hung for a long time and does not result anything.
Could anyone tell what is the problem behind it ?

Hi @gokul07
Can you provide the actual command you are using - it will help us understand what you are doing.
Also does the client respond to a bptestbpcd command (and from the client can you run the command "bpclntcmd -pn -verbose" and get a valid response?
Thanks
David

Hi David,
I have used this command sudo bpsetconfig -h <client-name>
and the system is not responding, and the client is not responded to the bptestbpcd command, however I am getting a proper response from the client using bplntcmd -pn -verbose.
Thanks,
Gokul

Hi @gokul07
Seems like there is something blocking the traffic from the primary server to the client.
Does the client have a local firewall running and blocking port 1556?

As David said, you need to make sure, you are able to reach the client from master and media server (if they are on different Servers) via name and IP, and vice verse, second you need to confirm that port 1556 is open between master/media and client in both directions.
Please do provide the output of bptestbpcd -c <clientname> -verbose
