Unlock, Fortify, and Optimize with Veritas at KubeCon 2021
While it feels like we were just there a few weeks ago, it’s been a whole year! We are again quickly approaching KubeCon, the Kubernetes and cloud-native focused event hosted by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation. This year’s event will be a hybrid virtual and in-person at the Los Angeles Convention Center on October 11-15. The conference will focus on open-source and native solutions that solve all challenges around containerization, Kubernetes, serverless infrastructure, composable architecture, ephemeral microservices, and more! There will be an estimated 4,000 physical attendees (with even more attending virtually) representing roles ranging from DevOps, ITops, site reliability engineers, and C-levels, all looking to up their game when managing their Kubernetes environment.
This year Veritas went BIG and upgraded our sponsorship level to Platinum. We will be hosting a 20x20 booth located smack-dab in the center of the showroom floor. We will be running hourly presentations showcasing our latest and greatest Kubernetes and cloud-native solutions hosted by our very own Veritas Kubernetes VIPs. Each session will end with a giveaway, and booth visitors can enjoy a handcrafted espresso on us.
While it’s incredibly important we attend KubeCon to raise awareness for our own Kubernetes solutions, it’s equally important we highlight why we are there. Veritas is bringing Enterprise data management for all Kubernetes deployments across all architecture layers at scale driving toward empowering three key outcomes for our enterprise customers:
- Unlock multicloud mobility to ensure your Kubernetes environment is both resilient and mobile.
- Fortify all Kubernetes layers at scale with automation to bring about quick and easy recovery from ransomware, disasters, and human error.
- Optimize ops and future state with native solutions that grow elastically with your evolving Kubernetes environment.
How we do this is critical. Veritas has doubled down on our commitment to supporting Kubernetes environments in the last year. With our NetBackup 9.1 release, we added support to protect Kubernetes namespaces natively within the environment. Our very own Kubernetes expert Liji Kuruvilla (who will be representing in our booth), wrote a phenomenal blog highlighting all of the key details on fortifying Kubernetes apps and infrastructure.
In the previous year, we also added support to dynamically scale storage and provide high availability to unlock Kubernetes clusters with InfoScale. Ryan Behiel, who will be helping staff our virtual booth, also wrote a fantastic blog on the subject.
Veritas will continue to evolve and grow our Kubernetes story to optimize Kubernetes environments in the coming months further. The KubeCon team of Veritas VIPs hopes to further this effort by raising awareness at the largest gathering of Kubernetes experts in the world. Tell your customers to drop by our booth P5, in the middle of the showroom floor, both physically or virtually to learn all about our solutions for this awesome technology. We hope to see you there!
