How to Safely Reduce Large PST File Size Without Losing Data?
My Outlook PST file has grown too large, and it is slowing down my system. I am worried about potential data loss if I try to compress or split it. What is the safest and fastest method to reduce the PST file size without losing any emails or attachments?Jaxonlilya07817 hours agoLevel 324Views0likes1CommentHow to Break VCF File into Individual Contacts on Windows Using an Offline Tool?
I have a large VCF file containing multiple contacts, and I want to split it into individual VCF files — one per contact — using an offline method on a Windows system. I am specifically looking for a trusted offline tool that can handle this task efficiently without risking data loss. Has anyone used a reliable paid or free VCF splitter tool for this purpose? Please suggest a tool that works well offline and supports bulk contact splitting.Jaxonlilya07812 days agoLevel 332Views0likes1CommentLooking for Free Thunderbird to PST Converter Software Download in 2025 – Any Reliable Solutions?
I am trying to find a free Thunderbird to PST converter software that I can download and use in 2025. I recently upgraded my system and need to move all my old Thunderbird emails to Outlook, but most tools I checked either have limitations or do not seem fully compatible with the latest Windows version. Can anyone recommend a completely free and reliable Thunderbird to PST converter software that works this year? If you have personally tried something and it worked for you, please share the download link and steps as well.Jaxonlilya07814 days agoLevel 329Views0likes2CommentsHow to Convert Thunderbird MBOX Files to Outlook PST Without Data Loss?
I have recently switched from Mozilla Thunderbird to Microsoft Outlook and now I need to convert all my old Thunderbird MBOX files into Outlook PST format. I am worried about data loss, email formatting issues, and attachments getting corrupted during the conversion. Can someone please suggest a reliable method or tool to safely convert Thunderbird MBOX files to Outlook PST? If anyone has faced a similar situation, your detailed steps or recommended software would be really helpful.Jaxonlilya07815 days agoLevel 336Views0likes2CommentsHelp for Adding MBOX to Exchange Online
I recently had to upload a bunch of MBOX files into the M365 cloud system. The problem was that I did not know exactly how to import MBOX emails in Office 365. I could not drag and drop it like the other file formats, plus I am reluctant to set up a Thunderbird account for every user and add MBOX to each account. I found a tool, and it made things easy for me. You can use it as well if you ever need to add .mbox files in Outlook 365 business email.Exchange_tips13 days agoLevel 253Views0likes2CommentsEvent ID 4190 is generated when starting the Enterprise Vault service
Hi, I upgrade a Lab environment from EV 15.0 to 15.1. I start to get event 4190 for the following service Admin Service, Task Controller Service and Storage Server. I follow the instruction on https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100029531 and reinstall the .net framework and then repair the EV installation. In the client side everything work fine in the server side the Provisioning tasks (Client and Exchange) have Status in error and the index tasks also. Server: Windows Server 2019 EV: 15.1 The server is in a sandbox vlan so we didn't update the servers. I am afraid of update the production server until I understand what happen. Hi If a bunch of users have been part of a provisioning group with the "Archive mailboxes in this provisioning group" box ticked - what is the user experience if this box is then 'unticked'? Do they lose any EV buttons in their Outlook? Will they still be able to recall items via existing shortcuts? And will they still be able to search (assuming they had the 'Search' button) the archives they have permissions to? I guess I'm just asking if the only impact of unticking this checkbox is that these users will not have any 'new' items archived by EV. many thanks in advanceKeirL2 months agoLevel 632Views0likes2CommentsCreate a standalone EV14 or 15 in the same domain with a new site
The situation is we have the EV 12.5 in the environment working perfectly. Now we want to upgrade the EV version to ver.14 or 15 due to EOL of EV12. We have one iManage system which is using the EV integration feature to retrieve the archived message from EV to handle the archived messages in storage. The problem is the iManage software has no official support for EV14 & above and they told it would be client's own risk. Now we want to setup a POC to install a standalone EV14 or 15 server with a new site, a new SQL database in the same domain and we have another Exchange 2016 server for testing the integration function with iManage system. May I know if this setup is possible? Thanks so much! Gary L.glee6212 months agoLevel 246Views0likes2CommentsDeleting mails older than 7 years

Maybe I am overthinking it. We've been successfully migrated Enterprise Vault more than one month ago from a Windows 2012R2 server to a 2022. We used EV migration Wizard and worked like a charm. I would be ready to delete the old VM but I am wondering if there's a proper procedure to do it, or I need to just delete the VM. Thanks.BK_IT3 months agoLevel 324Views0likes1Comment
