Unable to log Into Discovery.Cloud and Admin Console
Hi, we have around 10 users who need to be able to access the sites Discovery.Cloud and the Admin Console. When we use our previously working credentials, we receive a password or user name incorrect error. When we reset the passwords using the online link, the reset is successful and we receive the confirmation email but still hit the same problem. We also see the Captcha code when trying to log in but that simply refreshes on completion and refuses to log us in. No other errors are shown. Both Edge and Chrome are affected and I have cleared the browser cache. As this also affects our standard admin account we cannot simply manually reset passwords.471Views0likes0CommentsDisabled Mailbox kept for how long
Hi All, Currently we have an active 200 mailboxes licensed with EV.cloud and 150 disable mailboxes in archived. Those active license are going to expired soon. We plan to keep only 80 active licensed and disable the current 120 mailboxes. Question: Now with new Alta Archiving license, those old 150 disabled mailboxes and 120 going-to-be disabled mailboxes are still able to access by our admin? Veritas will never delete this archived even we kept only 80 mailboxes from now onward? Thanksazleen-ismail12 years agoLevel 0909Views0likes2CommentsEV Cloud to Mimecast Migration
Hi all, We are planning a migration from our current EV.cloud tenant to Mimecast archiving. As per company policy we're only required to migrate 7 years worth of emails, however at various stages in the last 7 years, data has been ingested into EV.cloud from the now decommisioned EV on-premise. Reports against the last 7 years worth of data yields the ingested components as well, which contains data that ismostly outside the 7 year scope and not required. Is there a method to query just the true size of data for the 7 year period? I've highlighted the years in which data was ingested in provided screenshot. Hello, We are in the process of migrating users from GSuite to O365 and we have enterprise vault in our environment. We are only migrating the 12 months of email for each user into O365 but plan to archive their whole mailbox in enterprise vault. What is the most efficient way to get the gmail mailboxes exported into a format that is consumable by enterprise vault? We are talking about 400+ mail boxes and trying to avoid a painful manual process.GregDJ7 years agoLevel 22.2KViews0likes2Commentsarchiving/import PST files into ev.cloud

If I want to journal the contents of a User's 365 box but I don't want to allow the End User access to Personal.Cloud to view and manipualte those messages, do i just disable the Personal.Cloud from their archive account? Also, do I need to buy a Personal.Cloud license for that user to Journal their items even though I am not giving them access to Personal.Cloud? Lastly, for an admin, will a Discovery License allow a user to access the Admin Console if designated as an admin or do they need a personal.cloud user license as well?1.9KViews0likes1Comment
