How to get the job keyword field for a customized report in OPSCenter
Hello everybody. Maybe this was asked before, but not found nothing in the forum. I need to get the job keyword from a backup. Example, we get this if i modified the client backups in Netbackup: I need this field in the opscenter report, could someone help me?

Hello, Please support us, we are still using OPSCenter 10.0.0.1, we are in the process of migrating to Alta View, but we currently have a specific problem: We have a report from a client and a specific date that does not generate any results (August 26), we have reviewed the reports from other days and there is no problem, it is only the report from this day. At the NetBackup level, the backup does exist in the catalog, but we were unable to determine the problem. Have you had similar events? Did OPSCenter not synchronize the information for some specific reason only from that client in the NBU catalog? Thank you for your comments. Regards Rafael

NetBackup opscenter 10.0.01 able to fetch data collection from NetBackup master10.1. few environments still using opscenter 10.0.0.1 even though NetBackup master higher version of opscenter. but official support from veritas stating as need to go for NetBackup IT analytics.
OpCenter alerts with blank report. SQL Query not fetching with the reports.
Hi All, We are using OpsCenter version 10.0.0.1, and all master servers with same version of veritas software. OpsCenter server migrated to Azur, from then we stopped getting alerts and notification emails, then we have created account in Azur and enabled to SMTP services from the cloud level, then issue resolved and started getting email alerts but getting blank email as error getting "???error.fetching.reportoutput???" and when I click on show report query this is what it throws me the error. "select COUNT(domain_JobArchive.id) as "domain_JobArchive.id",domain_JobArchive.jobMediaServerId as "domain_JobArchive.jobMediaServerId" from domain_JobArchive where ( (domain_JobArchive.isValid = '1') ) AND ( ( (domain_JobArchive.endTime BETWEEN '139271112006670000' AND '139283208006670000') ) AND ( (domain_JobArchive.type IN (0 )) ) AND ( ( (domain_JobArchive.masterServerId IN (7848,12060,255461,255483,256999,257032,257047,275940,284463,286970,286984,386228,926698,1882420,1885642,1887016,1887039,1887193,1887395,1887506,1887512,2429952 )) ) ) ) GROUP BY "domain_JobArchive.jobMediaServerId" ORDER BY "domain_JobArchive.id" DESC , "domain_JobArchive"."jobMediaServerId" ASC" We have taken db backup on line and offline, and reinstalled the OpsCenter still same issue. Experimentation and practice will help you find the most effective spell combinations for your character. Upgrade and specialize spells: As you progress and gain experience, you may have the opportunity to upgrade or specialize your spells. This can enhance their damage, reduce their cooldowns, or add additional effects. Invest skill points or resources into upgrading spells that align with your preferred playstyle or offer the most benefits for your character. Adapt to different situations: Spells can be versatile tools in "Dark and Darker." Adapt your spell usage to different combat situations and enemy types buy Dark And Darker Gold Coins. Some spells may be more effective against certain enemies or in specific scenarios. Experiment with different spells and strategies to find the most efficient approach in different encounters.
OpsCenter - 10939 error when adding new master server
Hi, im trying to add a new master server that is currently running netbackup 9.1 into my Opscenter running 10.0.0.1 my master server is running RHEL7.6 and my opscenter is running windows 2016. i can ping and login to java console of master server from opscenter server but when i try to add it into opscenter, i encounter opscenter-10939 error. i try following "https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100032300" but since im using the root user, im not sure if its apply to me. does anyone have any suggestion that i can look into?

Hello We are in need to upgrade the OS - windows 2012 R2 to windows 2019 standard for our netbackup 9.1.0.1 opscenter server. I cant seem to find to much out there with regard to performing an OS upgrade on a netbackup opscenter server. Wonder if there is anything special that I need to do prior to upgrading the OS on this OpsCenter server.? Or if you can point me to a document that list some details. Thanks in advance. Thanks BC
OpsCenter 9.1 help needed, please
I cannot find usable examples to create my own SQL queries. I need a report that shows the tapes written in the last 14 days, sorted by Master/Media Server (4 of them) and sorted by slot number (or a query that shows the written tapes that have a slot number in all of our 4 libraries (one per master)) Symantec did have some documentation on queries but I cannot find it on the website of the new veritas.. If you have a link, Please add it to your reply. thanks in advance for taking the trouble!!!
