Veritas InfoScale 8.0.2 Installation and Upgrade Guide - Windows/Appendix A lists ports required to be opened but it doesn't provide further details; opened inbound, outbound or bi-directional. I have a NetBackup media server running Storage Foundation. Its C:\ is running low on space during our VMware cluster backups. During my investigation, I found a few folders with name "BackupMM_DD_YYY_TimeStamp" under C:\ProgramData\VERITAS\SF_ADV\Upgrade. It has 1.6 GB of data in it. Asking the SF experts in this community about what the folders are about and can they be removed/deleted? If yes, is there a specific way to remove/delete them? Thanks. PS: this is stopgap measure before we move to new hardware in 2-3 months

ENVIRONMENT OS = Windows 2012 VERITAS InfoScale Storage 7.4 for windows 2012 Nodes = One at Primary site and one at DR site ISSUE Facing error V-76-58645-19925 when attempting to shrink volume. I am troubleshooting the issue and will update when get resolution. Meanwhile please share your ideas too
Considerations for non-share storage using Infoscale
Hi guys, I´m doing some research but to be honest, I'm kind of confusing. So I have some questions? If I have 2 servers that have 4 disks each one, can I create a Vertias Cluster server? I need to install a clustered master server but I need to use only local disks. vcs mount and native disks are the agents to be used?
