I think we need urgent :) more ADMINs NETBACKUP using NETBACKUP IT ANALYTICS. Some kind of that reports we can help each other, I remember when I need some report equivalent in OPSCenter about growth data like a post DPeaco , with one simply search in this forum I find and that's works until today. NETBACKUP IT ANALYTICS is "good tool", but a lot of complex! Support doesn't help us for custom reports, alright I understood something like that because depends of what report do you want is very very specific, but let's be far about side admin backup? I waste a lot of my time for create one report in NEW DYNAMIC TEMPLATE, I supposed that's option was to be simply for create a report? Bad mistake, I learned some fields you put on this report make your report get in blank...how is that possible? Is Like a conflict between some fields? So WHY can I able to add this field? That's not make sense... The bad thing is when you waste time for create a report in DYNAMIC TEMPLATE and check works fine from 90% about your environment and what about 10%? Do another template or check field by field for try to find where is your "conflict" ... again that's not make sense...NBU ITA Report for Client backup Growth?
Greetings, Is there a report for backup clients that show/reports on increased backup size within the past 72 hours? Asking because leadership wants to know which clients are "growing data" causing storage consumption and backup sizes to climb. Maybe a data amount of current and past and then show the percent changed since previous? Any help here would be appreciated.
NetBackup IT analytics - NetBackup Catalog Images report
Hello, I have a question regarding NetBackup Catalog Images report. In our environment, we have 1 Portal and 4 Data Collectors servers. All these systems are Linux VMs. IT Analytics is version: 11.4.03.20240627063834 Build: (06272024-0257) We are running NetBackup v10.4.0.1 both on-prem and MS Azure Cloud NetBackup 10.4.0.1 Product Name and Edition: NETBACKUP IT ANALYTICS COMPLETE WIN/LX 1 RAW TB ONPREMISE STANDARD SUBSCRIPTION – STANDARD Our environment comprises 4 Master and 4 Media servers: 2 Master servers on-premises (1 in Production and 1 in COOP) 2 Master servers in Azure Cloud (1 in Production and 1 in COOP) The installation was completed before my arrival, we are in the middle of customizing several reports. While I’m very familiar with NetBackup software, I’m completely new to IT Analytics. From what I understand, the predefined templates help customize reports. I’m looking for a template I can customize to obtain a Summary of all the Backup images currently available in the Catalog. Which template could help me obtain this report? I have looked and played around but can’t find the right template for that. Please help
Reports in Blank
Hi folks, some hosts my reports are in blank (No data present). Environment is NBUITA v11.0.4, RHEL 8.9. PS: If I create a report in OPSCENTER works fine :( . I have a template and thats works fine, but for some hosts or job policy when I generate report any data is display for me like below, I checked list compatibility NBUITA and everything is good client netbackup is in version 10.0.0.1. Any idea about it? Any idea about create "Select report scope" except host or policy name? Thanks.NBUITA - 11.4.x service account password change
Greetings, Each year, we have to change the service account password. Every year, there is "some problem" that pops up when we change the password for NBUITA. LDAP account and that change works everywhere except for the WebUI login. What am I missing with the account password that let's me log back into the web gui? I did change the password for my collector policy to talk from the portal to the collector. It's just this blasted web gui login failure. :)
