5260 flex appliance interface down

Hi all

we have a flex appliance 5260 with 25G slots dual ports

nic 3 in slot 3 and nic 5 in slot 4 are configured in bond 802.3ad for backup network

we want to configure replication bond with nic 4 in slot 3 and nic 6 in slot 4

but each slot accept one port up , for example

slot 3 accept only nic 3 or nic 5 to be up

slot 4 accept only nic 4 or nic 6 to be up

any help please

This is not correct.
All ports can be up, if they have link with the switches.

check it again, and open a case to veritas support

one way to ensure it is not a network issue, try to keep it a in active passive bond.
do you still have the same issue?
one way to fix the issue is the involve support as it is suggested on top.

there is a configuration in the switch which indicate the interface to use 25G, now it works
