MSDP failed to delete disk pool, unable to process request because the server resources are busy

D:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin\admincmd>nbdevconfig -deletedp -dp mediaserver_03 -stype PureDisk
DSM has encountered the following busy resource: mediaserver_03, mount point = PureDiskVolume
failed to delete disk pool, unable to process request because the server resources are busy

can it be fixed or removed MSDP on master server ?

    Have you expired the backup images from the catalog? If you have already done, also check the existance of the fragments in the disk pool.

    bpimmedia -dp mediaserver_03 -sytpe PureDisk
