Veritas Operation Manager database configuration failed

I have problem accessing the Veritas Operation Manager. Everytime I launch it, it will failed at database configuration. Any ideas how to make it work?

    Hi,

     Can you please send over the log file and we should be able to help out here in terms of what is causing the configuration failure for the database side.
