  • Hi All

Sorry for the delayed response. Some of the library files got corrupted, which causes the issue. We have to restore the same from backup. Now its working fine.

  • HI, Arup

      1. Make sure you have proper install the SF products.

      2. Make sure you have reboot server properly if you do  some live updates , or hardware reconfigure.

       So some  questions are:

before you met this error, did  vxconfigd work normal? If yes, What changed after that?

  • Also you can check following output:

    1 .pkginfo -l VRTSvxvm

    2. modinfo |grep vx

  • Hi

Before the incident the VXVM is working fine, what we have as a update from the client is that some library file was copied accidently, after thsi which causes this issue to occur.

    regards
