How to cancel interrupted collection probe

I am starting with Aptare.

I want to collect NetBackup data. Some on-demand collection jobs completed successfully however one job status is "Interrupted" and the next one's status is "Queued".

I hope the Queued job will start when I cancel the Interrupted job.

How could I cancel/finish the "Interrupted" job?

Additional info: The "Interrupted" job has status "No status available" (empty circle).

    If you cancel the on-demand collection process, it will cancel any queued probes that were part of the on-demand collection request.  What you can do after cancelling an on-demand collection is start another on-demand collection for the NetBackup policy, selecting just the probe(s) you wish to re-run.
