Reports in Blank

Hi folks, some hosts my reports are in blank (No data present).
Environment is NBUITA v11.0.4, RHEL 8.9.
PS: If I create a report in OPSCENTER works fine :( .

I have a template and thats works fine, but for some hosts or job policy when I generate report any data is display for me like below, I checked list compatibility NBUITA and everything is good client netbackup is in version 10.0.0.1.

Any idea about it? 

Any idea about create "Select report scope" except host or policy name?

  • Also - please note you are running on a deprecated version of NBU ITA.  I'd urge you to upgrade  to the latest generation of the product.  To do so, you'll need to apply two upgrades.  First one, upgrade to some release of 11.2.x, then apply the 11.4.03 upgrade (or go to 11.4.04 which will be released early next week). There are numerous security fixes and NetBackup collection fixes and improvements in current releases of the IT Analytics product.

  • admin_bkp007  - Well, here's to hoping and praying for problem solutions and product enhancements that will allow backup admins report to leaders easier, better and more accurate.

  • I would create a host group for the specific report. Put the hosts in that list, create a "Report" for that Host Group, schedule it to run as you wish. I've found this to work successfully for me.

    ZenOfAnalytics  we already are using last version 11.4.0.3.
    DPeacoI already did it, but unfortunately reports still in blank.

    I open a ticket, waiting support check the logs.

  • We opened a ticket in Veritas and they will release a hotfix about it because another customers have same problem.

  • do you have an ENGG SC or SCESC reference number (or you can message me the case number) and I can look into it.
