Tape Drive Usage Heat Map

NBU ITA - 11.x

Linux platform

Is there a report that works that will give a heat map or something like that for tape drives in NBUITA?

I downloaded one written by Dave King at Aptare, written May of 2012. It does not work and I can't figure out why.

Please advise.

    Assuming you are running IT Analytics 11.2.X or higher, be sure to retrieve the version of that report ending with the + sign in the name.  Additionally, since that report uses HTML code to create the cells with background color, etc., you'll need to have this line included in your portal.properties file:

    portal.allowHtmlTagsInRTD=true

    Portal.properties file will be found in <IT Analytics home>/portalconf
