appliance 3600E con Backup Exec 2012

Question

Dear, I have a problem with baxckup exec appliance 3600 E with Windows Server 2008 Enterprise R2, you can not backup or restore, I liberarado space oldest files, and have applied the classified and restarted the server, HOWEVER remains the problem.
	
	I would appreciate your help.

If you are using a tape storage, then use a cleaning tape to clean the drive.

And I cannot make out the error which is next to the DeDupe storage. Check the windows event viewer and the adamm.log for the DeDupe error. And pls post a larger screenshot of the second image as well. Thanks.
