Backup Exec Appliance to Capacity Licesning

Can someone refere me to any document or tech note stating switching from backup exec appliance to capacity model licensing?

- The difference between them? They're 2 different things really...but here's a document on BE's capacity licensing. http://www.cmsdistribution.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Backup-Exec-Capacity-Licensing-Guide.pdf It is an official Veritas document from a third party site.
