Direct reimaging the 3600 appliance to R4

Hi, 

I would like to know whether can i do fresh installation using R4. Boot from R4 Image and do fresh installation

    You'll have to download the R4 image from the Fileconnect portal and then perform a factory reset. The Admin Guide & the below KB article will assist in the reset process - https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.HOWTO93855.html
