Oracle backup job failed - Unexpected error - E0001005

Hello,

I do have a difficulty again backing up the Oracle Instance. It was working fine since last year, but it started to fail a days back. 

We are using Symantec Backup Exec Applicance - Symantec Backup Exec 2015 on Windows 2008 R2 server.

All credentials tested and OK again.

I have also installed the new fix pack, which should address this issue, but still the same issue (below scree).  - https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000100540

New agent installed and setup as per recommendations.

    So you get the same error message if you backup that Oracle server in its own job?

    Hi...

    The information regading e0001005 related to Oracle. Do you have one of these in place?


    If you backup to disk, I assume you already checked permissions..

    Hello, I have the same problem, when I do the backupe only for some directory it work but if I try to backup one database Oracle instance I receive the same error and I have the same configuration.

     

    Do you have the solution for it please?

    Hello Vladimir, I have the same problem and the same configuration of you. I checked all permission, but the backup of one instance database is not working.

     

    Do you have the solution?
