Restore switches from Loading Media to Queued

I am trying to restore one 4G file from a backup-to-disk incremental job and in the job monitor it just switches from "Loading Media" to "Queued". Nothing in the eventlogs or any place else.  I have let this run for 8+ hours, but no byte count at all.

BE3600 with all available updates. Backup is only 3 days old.

    Symantec support helped me solve this one. For unknown reason it did not like the restore target. Restored successfully to another location, then able to copy it to proper location.
