Which antivirus for BE Appliance protection

Hi

Which solution is better for this ?

 

Backup and Recovery
Backup Exec 3600 Appliance
Best Practice

    It doesn't reallymatter. As long as it does the job and is supported by your OS it will work. Also depends on if you have a corporate standard for a particular AV vendor.

    Just make sure that you exclude the BE services if the AV starts causing issues with it...it is a known solution (do a search for this on Google...Backup Exec antivirus exclusions...and it comes up with an oficial Symantec TN).

    No recommended AV though.
