0xe0009541 error

Hi I have the following error

Final error: 0xe0009541 - Could not connect to the vCenter server or ESX server. Please verify the credential supplied for login.

Honestly I am very frustrated to work with backup exec. Dozens of errors that I cannot understand..

Please disable "Need a solution ?" question, it's obvious I need a solution.

    Hello there,

        Have you configured the backups through the ESX server of the VCenter? Was there any change in the account password used to backup the VMs.?

    Also have you tried the following technotes:

    Yes I configured backup exec to make backup throught ESXi host and not throught the vcenter.

    No, there is not any changes on credentials.

    Now I read the technotes.
