0xe0009582 - Cannot get the disk changed information

 

HI Guys,

Recenlty, after upgraded to backup exec 2010 R3, one VM failed to backup and show: 0xe0009582 - Cannot get the disk changed information

Anybody having same issue?

The backup job included ten VM guest (linux and windows) and only one VM failed to backup. It's windows 2k3 server.
