0xe00095b3 - Unable to create the virtual disk

Hi,

Since one week I have some problems to make VM backup incrementals to a disk storage with BackupExec 2012. Before it worked fine ! There's been no change since the last backup work with success. The error is "unable to create the virtual disk" with the error reference V-79-57344-38323.

I tried to disable GRT but it doesn't work. 

I found this topic http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/cant-create-virtual-disk-error and others topics on this forum but nothing help me

Somebody can help me to give me a way ?
