100% CPU BE Agent SharePoint

On our SharePoint servers, the agent will randomly go rogue and pull 100% CPU on all the processors, effectively shutting down the site.  This seems to occur whether the server is being backed up or not.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled the agent and have updated everything to the latest version (FP4).

    Check and make sure any antivirus installed on that server isn't perhaps actively scanning beremote.exe. If so, put in an exclusion for it.
