1023 error for SQLAgent$BKUPEXEC and MSSQL$BKUPEXEC

Dear All,

I see two error messages in event log since 22.08.2018

- Windows cannot load the extensible counter DLL SQLAgent$BKUPEXEC. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the Windows error code.
- Windows cannot load the extensible counter DLL MSSQL$BKUPEXEC. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the Windows error code.

I have checked what happened on that day and I see I updated WS2016 with "Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4343887)"

I am not sure it is important but I see the pref.dll-s and i see they exist only in SysWoW64 folder not in System32 (perf-MSSQL$BKUPEXEC-sqlctr12.2.5000.0.dll and perf-MSSQL12.BKUPEXEC-sqlagtctr.dll)
(The SQL sever is 2014(X86) 12.0.5000.)

lodctr /q said both Performance Counters are enabled.

Is it a known issue ?, Are there any connection between the update and the problem?
