Access Denied on redirect restore
Hi,
I have Backup Exec 12.5 with SP3 installed on Windows Server 2003 STD SP2.
When I try to redirect restore I receive this error:
Access denied. Error V-79-57344-33928.
I'm using a domain admin user, I tried to restore on local server (where I have Bck Exec console), I tried to restore on another folder of the same client from where I had backuped, but the issue is always the same.
I have verified on the others post of the forum but similar issue was only related mail and in backup phase.
Thanks.
Lorenzo.

Mmm...OK, not really best practice to use an LSA for all of BE's services. An account with Domain Admin group membership at a minimum should be used in BE, and this is also used to run all the services, except for Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Systems...this is run under an LSA.
You can change the account that the services run under through BEutility.exe. Right-click your server, and choose the option to change the service account. BEutility will do the rest...give that a bash, and see if that works.
The RAWS agent on a remote server runs under the LSA.
