"Access is denied" Backup Information Store Exchange 2007

Hi

Im receiving "Access is denied" errors in Backup Exec 11d when it attempts to backup a Information Store(Exchange 2007)
Credentials within BE have been verified
The BE server is a Windows 2003 Server.

    Is this backup to tape or to disk?  Is the backup exec account an exchange admin?  Does it have a unique mailbox and is not hidden in the global address list?
