Backup - Ejecting

The backup starts and runs for about 80GB then it ejects the tape. I says please load media. I cannot put that one back in, as it keeps ejecting. I have to cancel the job and insert a new (another) tape. This has been happening the whole week. I have rechecked the settings, it happens with all the tapes and I have cleaned the tape drive.

    Running on Windows 2003 Server SP1. I have done a long erase on all the tapes before trying a back up again. And the speed has droped by half.
