Backup Exec 12.5 rev. 2213 and Exchange 2007 SP3.
Exist incompatibility between exchange 2007 SP3 and Backup Exec 12.5 rev 2213, using synchronization VSS.
In compatibility software, indicate only compatibility with Exchange 2007 SP1 and SP2. but not SP3.
as solve this problem?.

Only thing you can do is back out the Service Pack and/or upgrade to at least v2010
