Backup Exec 15 DSRM resstore cant find usable login credentials

Question

This server is the main DCI logged in DSRM as .\Administrator with passwordBackup exec all services running in local system modeCan't find credentials that will allow a restore job to function.This is quite an urgent issue. Thanks in advance for any help!

Do you have the server plugged into a network switch?&nbsp;&nbsp;It need to have a local loopback to restore System State etc.
