    If you have not installed the BE15 FP1 update (manual download not yet on Liveupdate), then do that and see if you still have issues.

     

    If you have put FP1 on then you may need to log a formal support case.

    ...you might want to open a call with Symantec over this. Someone logged a similar query last night on Connect.

    Thx Guys will first try the update, if that doesnt work ill open a call with Symantec.

    i'm installing this FP now... has taken over an hour to complete!
