Backup Exec 16 FP will not install

Question

I am having an issue with installing BE 16 FP2 as it keeps hanging on the service account screen

I have tried to allow the install to add the account but it still hangs

I have tried to create the account and it still hangs

I have looked at event viewer but not seeing anything that would cause an issue.

Not sure where else to look

Hi,If you have an AV installed, then turn if off during the installation and try again.Thanks!

I had tried that too, but it did not work. In the end it used a differnt account and it seemed to work&nbsp;
