so this is my problem! i can normaly backup this share, i can restore directly to Backup server (local hdd), but! when i'm trying to restore to different location and this different location is network share - i can't! Backup Exec give me an error :"e00084af - The directory or file was not found, or could not be accessed." btw i'm trying to restore files wich was backuped from this share ( just from other folder). Account for restore job has full control permissions on this share... BE normally creats all folders, but don't restore files to this folders... Please help me! i can't find why its not working... Thanx in advance! :)

I guess the Share which you backed up is on DFS (distributed file system), DFSR information is backed up and restored byselecting Shadow Components - User Data - Distributed File System Replicationselections.

IF you have a backup of shadowcopy component of that server , expand it and see if you are able to see the files there.

There are share permissions and ntfs permissions, are you sure the backup exec service account has the correct (write) permissions on both ?

this share is connected to BE as "user-defined selections". BE makes backups normally, but can't restore back to this share...

share permissions is full control for everyone...

and for test i tried to give full control for everyone (ntfs permissions)

i think i did not discribe correctly my problem...

this share is Netgeare readynas 3100.

So i think i need some agent may be? to restore normaly...
