Backup Exec 2010 jobs stay queued

Hello,

I am trying to configure Backup Exec 2010 to backup files on usb hard disk (It's not my choice).
Backup exec is install on a windows sbs 2003

I don't know why my jobs stay in queued and it's not possible to kill them until restart  Backup Exec services.

So hier, the procedure that i use to configure my backup Exec :

  •  I setup credential : I create a backup user in my active directory (he is local administrator & enterprise administrator

  •  I configure device :
  1. I select removable back-to-disk folder (as explain hier, i must select this option : http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/275624.htm)
  2. Define Name :  "test" , Define path : "z:"
  3. Status is enable
  4. Device setting is on "auto detect settings"

  •  I configure media set :
  1. Define mediaset name : test
  2. overwrite protect perdiod : infinite
  3. append period : infinite

  • Next a i create  new job  :
  1. I create a test selection list, to backup c:\test
  2. I check credential with check button. The result is : sucessful - used server credentials
  3. In Destination ==> Device & media : I select my mediaset and my Device. I select the overwrite option.
  4. I click on the run now button

Next, my job stay in queued. Could you please say me what's wrong in my procedure ?
