backup exec 2012 security and access control

Is it possible to restrict access to the backup exec management console installed on the server. I am thinking along the lines of the fact you can limit who can access SQL Server installed on WIndows, can you do the same anywhere in Backup Exec, or set differing levels of permissions. And if so - how can you check who has what level of permissions? I am new to the software but could not see anywhere where you can set permissions, it seems whoever has RDP access to the windows server hosting the software, has complete access over Backup Exec 2012.
