Backup Exec 2014 - Netapp

Question

I have a Media center on Windows 2008 R2 Datacenter.

&nbsp;

Backup Exece 2014.

&nbsp;

We have 2 jobs for 2 differetnt Netapp.

&nbsp;

One of these work fine , while the other one fail with this error

&nbsp;

Final error: 0xe000fefd - The Backup Exec server has lost the network connection to the Agent for Windows.
	Final error category: Other Errors

I try to follow the instruction in the symantec kb but the problem persists

i tried this solution .

the problem persist

the strange thing is that the other netupp backup&nbsp; have no problem and the configuration is the same

Are they using the same version of ONTAP?
