Backup Exec 22 Capacity Edition 30 day grace period timer not reset

Hi,

We have 9TB capacity edition GOLD licenses and the Backup Exec says we use 9,5 TB. The grace period timer starts counting from 30 but not reset. I read we need to exceeded 115% of our licenses to start the counter from 30 days. I tried to remove test servers from capacity calculation, the program freezed and when I tried remove again said that I have already removed three backups from the calculation.

Could you please help me how to solve this problem? How to remove test servers from capacity calculation?
