Backup Exec 22 NFS - Charity Licence

I am working for a UK registered charity and we have always used Backup exec, provided by the Charity Digital Exchange website, for our backup needs.

We recently had to upgrade our SQL server to 2022 and therefore our Backup Exec 20 is no longer fit for purpose as it does not support it.

I went to the Charity Digital Exchange website to find that they only offer Backup Exec 21 at this moment, which still does not support backing up SQL 2022.

Is there a way to get a NFS - Charity licence for Backup Exec 22?
