Backup Exec Feature Licensed but not Installed

Question

Hi All,

From the license information in BE i was able to see as below its says Licensed YES but Installed NO. Does this mean Library expansion is not possible ? i mean using more than one drive ?

You use LEO if you have more than 1 drive in an autoloader or tape library, not multiple tape drives.

Is this the case?

Otherwise uninstall the license and reinstall it and see if this works. If it doesn't, contact the licensing department and ask them to take a look at what was issued to you.
