Backup Exec Server service wouldn't start...

Backup Exec had problems and I had to remove and reinstall Backup Exec 9.1 which was installed successfully. I had to delete all Backup Exec files including MS SQL Server as the problem was related to SQL Server.

Now after reinstalling Backup Exec 9.1 the services wouldn't start. MS SQL Server did not install as well so I assume that I have to install that separately.

Please see below error messages associated with each service startup.

Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers - The system cannot find the file specified.
Backup Exec Device & Media - The dependency service or group failed to start.
Backup Exec Server - The dependency service or group failed to start.
Backup Exec Job Engine - The dependency service or group failed to start.
Backup Exec Agent Browser - The service did not start due to a logon failure.

    Hello,

    Refer following technote.
    Title:
    Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers service fails to start, with the error: "Error 3: The system cannot find the path specified."

    You need to start Remote Agent with Local System Account.
