Backup exec service restarts during "Processing snapshot phase"

Question

I'm trying to make a backup of the file server disk (15 TB volume).

After 2-4 minutes during the "snapshot processing" phase, the Backup Exec service unexpectedly restarts.

There are no errors in windows event viewer

Can someone help?

Is this the only error in the backup job? Have you checked to make sure that any AV isn't perhaps causing the services to stop?

other jobs ok?
