Backup exec

We have an erreor when we open Veritas Consol, the error is : Backup exec stop working.

All of Backup Exec servers got this after the August 2019 Microsoft patches.
There needs to be a hotfix for this from Veritas ASAP. Uninstalling these KBs cannot wait for "the next release".
We've got way too many servers down because of this.
I have encountered this issue as well. I've had to hold off updating .net framework 4.8 in Windows 10 1903 or else the console crashes. 4.8 comes preinstalled in 1903 so you cant roll it back either.
