Backup failure (BE 15) - VSS snapshot on SEP12 files

Question

Hi,Encountered problem while backing up with BE 15 FP5.Since SDR is required, I can't unselect those problematic files.Please advice how to solve it.Thanks

Have you tried to put in an exclusion for those files?

You can try a global&nbsp;exclusions of any folder or files (\*\*\**Endpoint Protection*\) to see if that resolves the issue especially since these files are probably always transient.Check out this Technote it might fix the actual problem though.https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.TECH126412&nbsp;&nbsp;
