Backup failure in same position

Do you mean to say the backup always fail at the same file ? If yes, does the backup complete, if this specific file is not included in the selections ?

If this file (or directory) is excluded, does the backup complete successfully ?

Have you turned on Advanced Open File Option? If not, turn it on and leave the VSS choice on Automatic.

Does it related to Oracle ?

Since this backup job also backup Oracle DB and Log.

Only you can tell us if it relates to Oracle or not...you know your environment better than us, and you know what's included in that directory from a file/application installation perspective...
