Backup Problem

Hi,

       I moved 1 tape to Scratch media, It's taking backup device and the job is still Queued. In alerts It's showing "Please Close the robotic library door".

The tape is currntly located in device. How to i fix this issue.

    Try responding OK to the alert..If this doesn't work, you'll have to cancel the backup...ensure the library's door is properly closed & re-try.

    Hi,

         The solution is, Right Click your device liberary and click Lock. The door will be locked.
