Backup to Deduplication failing

We are using BE 2014. We recently applied SP2 after which BE services were not coming up. After much trouble the services are up but the job to deduplication folder is failing. Getting error- 

Final error: 0x2000040d - S_TF_NO_TAPE_PRESENT

Please suggest.

    ...there are a few TNs around this. 1 relates to backing up a snapshot of a LUN. Are you doing this?

    I'd suggest logging a call anyway with Symantec support to get them to resolve this for you.

             Thank you for your reply. I saw those TNs but none seem close to my environment. I'll contact technical support.
